The Summoning
Something is calling you down. And In.
You've felt it for a while now. A pull that doesn't come from ambition or desire or anything your mind can fully explain. It comes from somewhere older. Somewhere below. Like the earth itself has its hand around your ankle and is drawing you gently, insistently, into the dark.
The smoke curls. The drum begins. And something in your body that has been waiting a very long time starts to move toward the sound.
You know this place. Not from this life necessarily, but from somewhere in the blood. The innerworld. The place beneath the place. Where the old stories live. Where the women who came before you are still waiting to be found, still waiting for someone in the lineage to be brave enough to go all the way down and retrieve what was taken.
In the underworld- your INNERworld...
There is something buried in your lineage that belongs to you. An inheritance of medicine, of oracle vision, of wild knowing that was driven underground so many generations ago that by the time it reached you it arrived as grief you couldn't name.
That grief is not yours alone.
It belongs to a lineage. To women who knew what you know, who saw what you see, who felt the invisible threads connecting everything, who had oracle vision and wild knowing and medicine so potent the world built entire systems to drive it underground.
It's been down there ever since.
You are being summoned.
Not to learn something new. Not to become something different. To go down into the innerworld and bring back what is already, irrevocably, undeniably yours.
Venus stationed retrograde in Scorpio on October 3. The goddess herself is descending. The veil between the worlds is already thinning toward Samhain. The innerworld is closer than it has been all year.
And it is calling you by name.
The Mythic Journey
This journey was created by the magical alignment of the cosmos herself.

The Cosmic Alignment
On October 3, 2026, Venus stations retrograde at 8° Scorpio.
She descends beyond what we can see.
For the next 40 days she will be invisible in the evening sky, swallowed by the light of the Sun, moving through the underworld in a cycle she has completed ten thousand times before. She knows this journey. She is not afraid of the dark.
On November 13 she stations direct, turning toward the light, beginning her slow emergence as the Morning Star, rising in the pre-dawn sky, brighter and more luminous than she was before she went under.
This is not myth in the sense of the untrue. This is the actual sky above your head. This is the living animate universe at your fingertips.
The ancients of our rose lineage knew this cycle of the Venus Rose. They watched for it, mapped it, built entire mythologies around it because they understood something we have largely forgotten. That the movements of Venus are not separate from the movements of the feminine on earth. That when she descends, something in us is invited to descend with her. That her invisibility is not absence. It is initiation. And she will return.
The Sumerians told it this way.
Inanna, Queen of Heaven and Earth, heard the call of the Great Below and chose to answer it. She dressed herself in her seven sacred garments, the crown, the earrings, the necklace, the breastplate, the golden ring, the lapis measuring rod, and the royal robe. She descended through seven gates and at each gate the gatekeeper demanded she surrender one garment, until she arrived before her sister Ereshkigal, Queen of the Underworld, naked and bowed low.
She was killed. Her corpse hung on a meat hook for three days.
And then, with new purpose, she rose.
Not as who she was. As who she had always been underneath everything she had been wearing. Marked by the journey. Unmistakable. Luminous in a way that only the woman who has been through the death and come back can be.
This October Venus makes her descent through Scorpio, the sign of death and transformation, of everything that must die before it can be reborn. Samhain falls on October 31, the veil at its thinnest. Día de los Muertos follows on November 1, the ancestors gathering close. And on November 13 Venus stations direct as the Morning Star, fully leaving her retrograde shadow by December 13.
The timing is not coincidental. It never is.
The sky has been building toward this since August 31 when Venus first entered her pre-shadow. She has been preparing you even when you didn't know it.

The Innerworld Journey
Innerworld is a 40-day seasonal initiatory journey inside Holy Ground, our NEW membership Temple.
Also available as a standalone for the woman who is ready to go all the way in but isn't yet ready for ongoing membership. Both doors lead to the same descent. Both doors are complete. Only one leads to a sisterhood home on the other side.
At the heart of Innerworld is the Cauldron.
From the moment the first gate opens on October 3, you begin placing your old spells into it –your burn bowl of choice– at home, in your own hands. The inherited beliefs that were never yours. The vows made in fear. The silencing you absorbed so young you thought it was your own voice. The binding spells of women in your lineage who had no choice but to swallow their medicine and pass the wound forward.
Gate by gate, week by week, the Cauldron fills.
At Samhain, at the 7th gate, at the thinnest point of the veil, you burn it in a potent live ceremony. All of it. What went in as inherited wound comes out as ash. And from the ash, something older and truer than the wound begins to breathe.
This is not shadow work in the modern therapeutic sense. This is older than that. This is the woman going all the way into the innerworld to retrieve what her lineage lost. Her lifeblood. Her medicine gift inheritance. The oracle vision driven underground so many generations ago it arrived to her as grief she couldn't name.
The daily practice is simple and it is everything. A morning altar, a rose prayer, a spell placed into the Cauldron. An evening reflection written as a letter to Venus herself. Weekly teaching transmissions at each gate. The Samhain burning, together. The cauldron empties.
Three days of silence and shamanic journey work, emptying fully into the void. And then the slow climb out, writing new affirmations at each gate of sacrifice, being witnessed and celebrated by your sisters for every reclamation.
This is the most radical act of self love available to you this season.
Not the kind of self love that is bubble baths and affirmations. The kind that says I love myself enough to go all the way into the dark to retrieve every part of me that was buried there. I love my lineage enough to complete what they couldn't. I love the women who come after me enough to burn the binding spells now so they don't have to inherit them.
